Kevin McCarty

Kevin McCarty is the current CEO and Chairman at West Monroe Partners. Kevin has held various senior management positions at Arthur Andersen, Andersen Business Consulting, and Pervasive Computing. Kevin has been with West Monroe Partners since 2002 and has been instrumental in growing the company into a leading provider of business consulting services.

Kevin McCarty received their BS in Business Administration and Management of Information Systems (MIS) from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kevin then went on to complete an Executive Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. Kevin also completed a Leading Professional Services Firms (LPSF) program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
