Duncan Kerr

Duncan Kerr is currently the Business Recovery Programme Manager at West of England Combined Authority since July 2020. Previously, Duncan held the position of Business Growth Team Manager at B&NES Council from March 2011 to July 2020. Duncan graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in Media and Cultural Studies, specializing in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis.
