Simon Hodgkinson

Simon Hodgkinson is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in operations management and loss prevention. Currently serving as the Global Head of Loss Prevention at West P&I since September 2020, Simon previously held multiple leadership roles at Polarcus from January 2009 to September 2020, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Operations Group to prioritize safety and efficiency within the offshore geophysical sector. Earlier in their career, Simon served as Operations Manager and Fleet Master, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards across the Polarcus fleet. Prior to Polarcus, Simon held the position of Master at WesternGeco from June 1998 to October 2008. Simon is a graduate of Warsash, holding a degree as a Master Mariner.
