Alex Casados

Alex Casados, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Alex started their career at The Tech Group in 1990 as a Process Development Manager/Supervisor, where they successfully managed the new product development cell and implemented strategies to improve sample turn-around times. In 1999, they took on the role of Senior Program Manager at the same company, leading project management teams and ensuring the smooth execution of new product programs. In 2008, they transitioned to the position of Senior Manager Business Development, where they focused on new business development, account management, and creating innovative manufacturing solutions. In 2010, Alex joined West Pharmaceutical Services as the Director of Sales, further leveraging their skills in sales and leadership to drive growth and success.

Alex Casados earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2009.
