Itay Sela

Itay Sela has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and management. Itay started their career at Eureka as an R&D Engineer, where they managed projects and designed various mechanical and electric products. Itay then moved on to Life Technologies, where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Manager Global Manufacturing Engineering and R&D Manager. At Life Technologies, Itay managed teams and projects related to manufacturing automation equipment, liquid reagent handling, instrument design, and injection molding. Itay'sresponsibilities also included troubleshooting existing processes and designing engineering solutions. Currently, Itay is the Engineering Director at West Pharmaceutical Services, where they manage a team of engineers and focuses on developing high throughput automation lines and Plastic Injection Molds.

Itay Sela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Natural Science & Management from The Open University of Israel in 1997. Later, in 1994-1997, they received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Berufsakademie Stuttgart. Itay completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2009.
