Leon Aibinder

Leon Aibinder is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing professional with extensive experience in configuration control, project management, and logistics. Currently serving as the Engineering Configuration Control Manager at West Pharmaceutical Services since January 2019, Leon oversees configuration management processes and leads a team focused on document and change control. In parallel, Leon holds the position of Manufacturing Engineering Lead and Logistics Controller at PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd, managing purchasing, logistics, and ERP/CRM systems. Previous roles include Engineering Project Manager at Arnir A.T communication and various engineering and project management positions at Motorola Solutions. Leon holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Management from The Open University of Israel and a Pr. Engineer degree in Industrial Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
