Anand Pandit

Anand Pandit is a seasoned architectural professional with over 19 years of experience in design and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as DGM-Design at West Pioneer Properties (India) Pvt. Ltd. since April 2012, Anand has also held the position of AGM-Design, focusing on design development, tender processes, BOQ, and design coordination. Previously, Anand contributed as Sr.Manager-Architecture at HDIL, where key projects included residential and commercial developments as well as significant redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Anand's earlier roles included Manager-Architect at Reliance Industries Ltd., overseeing major projects such as the new tower at Sir Hurkisondas Nurottamdas Hospital and the Dhirubhai Ambani International Convention Centre. Anand's career began as a Freelance Architect, developing design schemes and liaising with statutory authorities. Anand earned a Master’s degree in Urban Design from CEPT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from SSM's College of Architecture.
