R. Michael Torras

R. Michael Torras is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, marketing, and community development. Currently serving as the Director of the Brunswick Downtown Development Authority since June 2022, Torras has been involved in various leadership roles, including Project Manager at Torras Properties and West Point Plantation, LLC, and Marina Manager at Brunswick Landing Marina. With experience in marketing as the Director of Marketing at Torco Inc, and active participation as a Commissioner at the Islands Planning Commission, Torras has significantly contributed to local governance and community planning.
