Matthew Remus

Matthew Remus has extensive experience in the banking industry. Matthew is currently working as the Vice President and Regional Manager at Old Second National Bank, where they are responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of 17 full-service branches. Their role includes managing operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and ensuring security and safety in line with the bank's objectives. Matthew is also focused on creating a positive and productive environment for all employees in their region. Prior to this, they worked at West Suburban Bank, starting as a Branch Manager II and Assistant Vice President in August 2007 and later becoming the Regional Manager and Vice President in February 2017.

Matthew Remus attended Eastern Illinois University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
