Jessi Bailey

Jessi Bailey, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at West Texas Rehabilitation Center, a position held since March 2008. Prior experience includes roles as a Communications Specialist at Abilene Christian University from 2006 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Senior Representative at Hendrick Health System from 2004 to 2006. Jessi Bailey earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Abilene Christian University between 1999 and 2002, followed by a Master's certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution from the same institution in 2006-2007.
