Daniel Wilkins P.E., QSD, ENV SP has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Project Manager at West Valley Construction Company Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over 15 years at Harris & Associates, progressing through positions including Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Saint Mary's College of California, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
