Roger Kelly

Roger Kelly has extensive experience in the paving industry, currently serving as Dispatch Manager and Superintendent at West Virginia Paving, Inc. since June 2018, where responsibilities include quality control, cost management, production improvement, and maintaining safety on highway paving projects. As the Business Owner of Dont Blink Adventures since July 2017, Roger specializes in charter fishing. Previously, as Co-Owner of Kelly Trucking from March 2008 to December 2016, day-to-day operations and dispatch of trucks were managed. Roger's experience also includes serving as Asphalt Foreman at Preferred Materials, Inc., where supervision of paving crews and safety oversight were key duties, and a long tenure at West Virginia Paving, Inc. as a Foreman, overseeing pre-paving operations. Educational qualifications include Asphalt Paving Tech - Level 1 and multiple training programs from the Volvo Road Institute and US Coast Guard Academy.
