Sriram Dubai has extensive experience in customer service and management roles within the retail sector, primarily at West Zone Supermarket and the Westzone Group. Since April 2015, Sriram has held positions including Customer Service Representative and Assistant Manager with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Store Checker from May 2015 to January 2020 with the Westzone Group. Sriram holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Kanpur University, India.
