Apurva Rai

Apurva Rai, Senior Vice President, Legal at WestBridge Capital is based out of Bangalore. He has approximately 14 years of experience advising on private equity, venture capital, M&A, structured finance and capital market transactions. Earlier in his career, Apurva worked at the law firms of Amarchand & Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and also at Sequoia Capital India as part of its legal team.

Apurva received his B.A., LL.B. with honors from the National Law School, Bangalore.
