Karan Gurunathan (Karan), Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition, is passionate about partnering with Founders, CXOs, and senior management leaders to better understand, assess and optimize the strength of their leadership teams to maximize performance. With 23 years of executive search experience, he has successfully led and hired Board members, CXOs, Presidents, and a broad range of functional Vice Presidents across businesses.

Karan has served in EY, Dell, Cisco, Google and Flipkart to find the right leaders either for the country and/or the region and/or a few global businesses. Prior to joining Westbridge, he was responsible for Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific & Japan for a SaaS product company. He is based in Bangalore, India.
