Richard Coney

Richard Coney is a seasoned professional in project and capital works management, currently serving as Development Manager at Westbridge Funds Management since March 2024. Previously, Richard held the role of Capital Works Manager at Charter Hall from January 2022 to March 2024, overseeing various capital works projects in Western Australia. Prior experience includes Tenancy Delivery Manager at AMP Capital for a short-term contract in 2021 and over a decade at Pure Projects, where Richard ascended to Director and Business Development Director, managing large-scale commercial projects across Australia and Asia. Earlier career roles included Project Manager at Coffey Projects and Assistant Project Manager at Clifton Coney Group.
