Ethan Pitsch

Ethan Pitsch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and technology within various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Technology at Westbrook Service Corporation since May 2020, Ethan collaborates with leadership to develop strategic plans and implement HR systems. Prior to this role, Ethan was the Founder and CEO of Mission Theory, where consulting engagements were facilitated for numerous industries to enhance HR and People Operations. Ethan also founded Caxiam, leading the company from inception in 2001 until its sale in 2019, generating over $10M in consulting services. Earlier in Ethan’s career, a role as Software Engineer at WildCard Systems involved significant contributions to card-based software platforms and online banking solutions for major financial institutions.
