Rose Berger is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as VP, HR Business Advisor at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since March 2023, Rose previously held notable positions including Senior Talent Development Partner at Dow Jones and Manager, Leadership Development & Talent Acquisition at Ralph Lauren. Additionally, Rose has contributed to the Westchester Day School as Executive Board of Trustees and Strategic Initiatives Chairperson since 2017, focusing on goal alignment and strategic growth. Rose holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in English Literature from Barnard College.
