Seth Diamond is the Chief Executive Officer of Westchester Jewish Community Services, a position held since June 2018. Previously, Seth served as the Chief Operating Officer at MetroPlus Health Plan from July 2014 to June 2018, and as the State Director of Storm Recovery for New York State from June 2013 to July 2014. Seth’s extensive background includes serving as the Commissioner of the City of New York's Department of Homeless Services from April 2010 to June 2013, and as Executive Deputy Commissioner at both the City of NY - Human Resources Administration from 2002 to 2010 and the Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services from 1995 to 2010. Earlier career experience includes working as Special Counsel to Council President Andrew J. Stein from October 1989 to 1993. Seth Diamond earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law (1985-1988) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Economics from Brown University (1981-1985). Additionally, Seth attended Stuyvesant High School from 1978 to 1981.
