Kelly Walters

Kelly Walters is an experienced copyeditor currently working at Westchester Publishing Services, specializing in academic and trade books for notable clients including Johns Hopkins University Press and MIT Press. Additionally, Kelly serves as a proofreader and copyeditor for R Colucci, LLC, focusing on non-fiction book proposals. As co-founder and creative director of Grand Connections, Kelly develops innovative DIY Experience Packs to enhance grandparent-grandchild bonding. Previous roles include adjunct professor in biology at the University of the Incarnate Word, GRE instructor at Kaplan Test Prep, and various positions in animal care and education.
