Robert Carroll

Robert Carroll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and testing. Currently serving as a Test Officer at the U.S. Army Operational Test Command since August 2022, Robert has also held the position of Field Operations Controller at Westech International, Inc. since April 2021 and at Combined Technical Services, LLC from June 2013 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Robert was a Functional Lead at RAM, Inc. from June 2009 to April 2013. Robert's foundational education was completed at Mariposa County High School, where studies took place from 1985 to 1989.
