Lisa Hansen

Lisa Hansen has diverse work experience in the field of auditing and compliance. Lisa started their career as an Auditor at the US Government Accountability Office in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined the US Department of Energy, Inspector General's Office as an Auditor from 2004 to 2009. Lisa then moved to the National Science Foundation, Inspector General's Office, where they served as an Audit Manager from 2009 to 2013. Their most recent role was at the Western Area Power Administration, where they held positions as Internal Audit & Compliance Manager from 2013 to 2015, and later as Vice President of Governance and Policy starting from March 2015.

Lisa Hansen attended Eastern Kentucky University from 1984 to 1988. Lisa did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time there. In addition, Lisa has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including certification as a Certified Government Auditing Professional from the Institute of Internal Auditors, certification as a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from the AICPA, certification as a Certified Internal Controls Auditor, and certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA.
