Randy Manion

Randy Manion is an experienced energy services and contracts manager with a distinguished career at Western Area Power Administration since September 1991. Currently serving as the Contracts and Energy Services Manager, Randy oversees power contracts and energy services for a diverse customer base, including 140 consumer-owned utilities and Native American Tribes. Previous roles include managing complex electrical transmission interconnection projects, developing and administering contracts for electric services, and spearheading WAPA's Renewable Resource Program. Additionally, Randy held leadership positions supporting collective bargaining agreements as Vice President of the American Federation of Government Employees, Local 3824. Prior experience includes positions in power management and energy auditing, with a strong foundation in renewable energy initiatives. Randy holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Columbia Pacific University.
