Eve Santillan

Eve Santillan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Eve is currently working as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Western Asset Management since November 2021. Prior to this, Eve worked at Capital Group as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner from April 2012 to November 2021. At Capital Group, they partnered with hiring managers to identify and recruit exceptional talent.

Before joining Capital Group, Eve worked at Google as a Recruiter (Contract) from January 2011 to October 2011. Eve supported Google's entry into the daily deals and Google Wallet space by sourcing rare and diverse talent and guiding candidates through the interview process.

Eve also served as Vice President, Recruitment Manager at Union Bank of California from December 2007 to February 2010. In this role, they led a team of recruiters and developed strategic recruitment plans that resulted in reduced time to fill and savings in agency spend.

Furthermore, Eve had significant experience at Countrywide, Full Spectrum Lending Division, where they worked in various roles. Eve served as Vice President of Recruitment from August 2006 to November 2007, leading a team of over 20 recruitment staff and managing national recruitment efforts. Additionally, they acted as a subject matter expert and trainer for the company's new applicant tracking system. Prior to this role, Eve worked as a Senior Recruiter from June 2004 to August 2006, supporting recruitment efforts for loan officer and loan processor positions nationwide.

Eve Santillan holds a BA degree in Sociology from UCLA. In September 2016, they obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification.
