John Weddige

John Weddige has a strong professional background with experience in various leadership roles and ownership positions. John began their career in Western Bank, where they served as a Senior Vice President from July 2016 to December 2022. John then transitioned into the role of Lubbock President in December 2022. Prior to their time at Western Bank, John owned Venturian Capital Holdings LLC since December 2014 and Dig Deep, LLC since June 2008.

John Weddige attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a BBA degree in Finance/Real Estate. In 2002, they also briefly attended the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.
