Carlo Bergamini

Carlo Bergamini has extensive work experience in project management and solutions architecture.

Starting in 1998, they worked as an Account Manager and Senior Consultant at RMI, where they maintained positive client relationships, ensured client satisfaction, and managed all client communications and deliverables.

From 2003 to 2010, they served as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant at BMI, leading multiple ERP financial-operational projects and being responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and conversion of ERP financial software.

At Columbus IT, from 2010 to 2015, Carlo continued their role as a Project Manager, creating project plans, tracking milestones, and minimizing exposure and risk on mid to large-size projects. Carlo also held effective client weekly status meetings to maintain strong client relationships.

From 2015 to 2017, Carlo worked as a Project Manager at LINKFRESH Software Limited, leading multiple ERP financial-operational projects and managing day-to-day operational aspects and scope.

Carlo then joined Western Computer in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant, managing ERP Financial to Operations full-cycle projects and creating project plans and governance. Carlo worked with both prior versions of Dynamics NAV and the current 365 Business Central.

Finally, in 2023, Carlo returned to Western Computer as a Solutions Architect, utilizing their expertise in implementing full-cycle projects.
