Leonor Carrillo, CPP, has over 20 years of progressive experience in payroll management and leadership. Currently serving as Payroll Director at Western Dental & Orthodontics since June 2016, Leonor provides strategic direction to the Payroll team, fostering an environment conducive to mentorship and knowledge sharing. Previously held the position of Sr. Payroll Manager at the same company, along with a role as Payroll Manager at Banc of California. Leonor's career began at Pacific Dental Services, where responsibilities spanned from Payroll Coordinator to Payroll Supervisor, including overseeing various Human Resources functions. Earlier experience includes working as a Conversion Specialist at Pacific Computer Systems, focusing on customer record conversion and account reconciliation.
