Joanne Kan

Joanne Kan is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Western Digital since April 2024, Joanne is responsible for developing and implementing regional recruiting strategies. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of South Asia Talent Acquisition Director at Micron Technology and also served as a member of the Workforce Development Council for SEMI Southeast Asia. With a significant tenure at Intel Corporation, Joanne advanced through various roles including Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where leadership resulted in over 4,000 hires during the pandemic. Joanne's career began in human resources, leading critical functions in payroll, benefits, and recruitment across multiple companies. Joanne holds an MBA in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
