A senior global executive with diverse experience in human resources, supply chain management, business application development, and manufacturing. Thirteen years of experience in HR leadership roles with leading technology companies, and an additional 22 years in line roles in Operations and Technology. An accomplished leader of large teams spanning multiple countries and locations. Extensive international experience, including living and working in China, Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsible for a globally distributed team of 245 HR professionals. Current strategic focus includes: the design and execution of HR strategies to enable restructuring initiatives that achieve operational efficiency goals, including divestitures; the ongoing transformation of our HR operating model to elevate the value and impact delivered by HR to the business; and the design and execution of talent acquisition and retention strategies in alignment with strategic business transformation initiatives.
