Current strategic focus includes: the design and execution of HR strategies to enable restructuring initiatives that achieve operational efficiency goals, including divestitures; the ongoing transformation of our HR operating model to elevate the value and impact delivered by HR to the business; and the design and execution of talent acquisition and retention strategies in alignment with strategic business transformation initiatives.
