Sunnies Poon

Sunnies Poon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Director & Chief of Staff at Western Digital since May 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing a Chief of Staff Office for a Senior Vice President and managing strategic programs across manufacturing sites in China and Malaysia. Prior to this role, Sunnies held various positions at SanDisk® from April 2008 to May 2016, including Director II of Operations Project Management, where Sunnies led the establishment of a new mega site in Penang, and Director I of Retail Fulfillment Operations, responsible for high-volume retail packing and distribution. Earlier experience at Celestica from September 1997 to March 2008 involved roles such as CFT Manager and Program Manager, contributing to operational excellence. Sunnies holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Lingnan University (1994-1997).
