Tim Whitman

Tim Whitman is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in web application development and software engineering leadership. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Western Digital since June 2013, Tim has led teams in creating innovative web applications and has provided technical guidance and architectural direction. Prior to this role, Tim was the Principal and Owner of CodeBrick, delivering custom web development and UI design services to various notable clients including Oracle and E*TRADE Financial. Additional experience includes co-founding XPmarketing, where Tim created web solutions for churches and non-profits, and working as a Contract Web Developer for Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. Tim began their career in database administration at Washington Mutual, contributing significantly to the development of marketing databases. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Church Leadership from Bethany University.
