Amy Wood possesses extensive experience in operations, customer service, and administrative roles within the pest control industry and beyond. Currently serving as the Regional Operations & Sales Coordinator at Western Exterminator Company since December 2012, Amy has successfully undertaken various HR responsibilities, including recruitment and training, while contributing to strategic growth initiatives. Concurrently, Amy has worked at Eden Advanced Pest Technologies since March 2010, providing vital support to field technicians and service managers across multiple branches and resolving technical issues with handheld devices. Prior experience includes roles in education, legal assistance, and customer service, supported by an Associates of Technical Arts Degree in Legal Secretary Services from South Puget Sound Community College.
