Derek Spencer

Derek Spencer is an accomplished Construction Superintendent at Western Irrigation District since February 2021, leading a dedicated team to deliver essential water supply through canal systems and pipelines for regional agriculture. Prior to this role, Derek served as a Construction Site Coordinator while self-employed and held various positions including Civil Operations Manager at Iconic Power Systems Inc. and Safety Officer at AcrePrime, where responsibilities encompassed safety management, quality assurance, and human resources.
