Heather Kinnunen

With a BBA in Business Management, Heather joined WLS in 2011. Today, she directs the organization’s GIS & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Departments, encompassing staff and projects across the nation and various industries. Heather works closely with all project stakeholders to ensure their mapping and BPO needs are aligned and fully accounted for – with an emphasis on quality, responsiveness, and consistency. She is also responsible for seeking out and building relationships with a network of strategic partnerships across various industries.

Combining her management and marketing expertise with a passion for networking, innovation, data, and excellence, the GIS and BPO Divisions at Western Land Services have seen substantial growth under Heather’s leadership. Her attention to client and partner relationships, ability to leverage her team’s strengths, aptitude to identify new business opportunities through the understanding of markets and client needs, and efforts to integrate technologies, have been fundamental to that growth.
