Michelle Nye

Michelle Nye has extensive experience in land services, currently serving as a Project Coordinator and Abstractor at Western Land Services, Inc. since October 2016, focusing on title coordination for a FERC pipeline project. Previously, Michelle held the role of Title Agent at Percheron, LLC for a brief period in 2016, also concentrating on FERC pipeline projects. Prior to that, from June 2008 to January 2016, Michelle worked at Western Land Services, Inc. as an Abstractor and later as a Project Coordinator/Team Lead, overseeing title and abstract operations across multiple counties in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, including due diligence and environmental easement studies for pipeline right of way projects.
