Tyler Vaughn is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine and emergency medical services. Currently serving as the North EMS Medical Director for Lifeline Air/Ground Critical Care Transport and the EMS Medical Director for UCHealth EMS and partner agencies since December 2019, Tyler also functions as an Emergency Medicine Physician with Emergency Physicians of the Rockies and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Additionally, Tyler holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and serves as the Medical Director for the University of Colorado Health EMS Communications Center. With previous roles including EMS Medical Director for West Michigan Air Care and Section Chief of Emergency Medicine at Bronson Battle Creek, Tyler has demonstrated leadership in various capacities within the medical community. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Benedictine University.
