Damian Gonzales

Damian Gonzales has extensive experience in safety and operations management, with a career spanning various roles in fire safety, recruitment, and training. Currently serving as Safety/Operations at Western Pacific Building Materials since June 2016, Gonzales previously held the position of Market Safety Manager/Recruiter at BMC from May 2012 to June 2016. Additional experience includes serving as a Fire Brigade Instructor/Safety Risk Management Inspector at Teng and Associates, Fire Prevention Specialist at ITT Systems, and multiple roles at Wackenhut, including Recruitment and Processing Manager and Assistant Fire Chief of Training. Gonzales began a career in emergency services as a Firefighter/EMT at the City of Houston and started in fire safety as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter in the United States Marine Corps. Gonzales holds an Associate's Degree in Fire Science and Safety from Houston Community College.
