James Searle

James Searle has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. james most recently held positions at Western Provident Association, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for setting strategic direction and leading the implementation of IT infrastructure, automation, cyber, and process re-imagination to support the growth of the company's insurance business. Prior to their time at Western Provident Association, James worked at Control Risks, where they held the positions of Director and Regional Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior ISTAR Consultant at C2BL and as a consultant at 3SDL Ltd. James began their career in the Army, serving as the OC 89 (Airborne) MI Section.

James Searle studied International Politics & History, Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Aberystwyth University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
