Chrystabelle Yanez

Chrystabelle is the Employee Relations & Compliance Manager for Franklin Mountain Management, LLC. In this role, Chrystabelle oversees employee relations and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations for FMI and its affiliates. Chrystabelle is a native El Pasoan and has an extensive background in Human Resources with nearly 15 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining FMM, Chrystabelle served as the Human Resources Manager for TPI Composites, a global wind energy company.

Chrystabelle has a BBS in Industrial and Organizational Management with a minor in Human Resources from Park University. Chrystabelle has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
