Shelley Regan

Shelley is Vice President of Human Resources for Franklin Mountain Management, LLC. Shelley oversees a full-service human resources department for our FMI affiliates.

Shelley is a native El Pasoan and brings over 20 years of diverse and multi-state human resources experience in the areas of construction, development, food and beverage, logistics and distribution, manufacturing, and property management for small and mid-size organizations. Shelley obtained a Professional in HumanResources (PHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She earned a BBA in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.
