Crystal Mancine has extensive experience in technical support and IT services, beginning with roles as a Field Technician and Integration Specialist, progressing to positions such as a Lead Field Implementation Specialist and Technical Lead/Trainer. Currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Western Reserve Hospital since May 2019, Crystal provides support for approximately 2500 users. Previous roles at Dell and NCR Corporation involved nationwide travel and leadership in deploying advanced technological systems.
