Cathy Miller

Cathy Miller is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Western & Southern Financial Group since May 2023, Cathy has also held the same title at Spectrum from August 2021 to May 2023 and briefly at Charter Communications in August 2021. Prior to these roles, Cathy had a long tenure at Macy's from November 1997 to August 2021, where responsibilities included various HR management positions as well as roles in colleague support and operations. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, earned between 1986 and 1990.
