Chad Ware

Chad Ware has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chad currently works as the Director of Business Technology at Western & Southern Financial Group since May 2023. Prior to this, Chad held various roles at Ohio National Financial Services, including Assistant Director of Operations Projects from January 2020 to May 2023 and Manager of Operations Projects from October 2017 to January 2020. Chad also has experience at Western & Southern Financial Group, where they served as an Operations Manager from July 2017 to October 2017, Assistant Operations Manager from October 2015 to June 2017, New Business Team Lead from March 2014 to October 2015, New Business Senior Case Analyst from July 2013 to March 2014, and New Business Analyst from April 2011 to July 2013. Prior to their role at Western & Southern Financial Group, Chad worked at U.S. Bank as a Branch Investment and Insurance Coordinator from March 2011 to April 2011 and as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2010 to April 2011.

Chad Ware obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they achieved several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Six Sigma Global Institute and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, both in 2023. Chad also holds certifications as an Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) obtained in 2018 from LOMA.
