Kathy Roche

Kathy Roche has a strong background in event planning and management. Kathy began their career in 1984 as a Travel Account Director at Maritz Travel Company, where they worked until 1996. Kathy then joined JNR, Incorporated as a Senior Account Manager from 1996 to 1999. In 2004, Kathy became an Account Executive at Destination Success and worked there until 2007 when they joined Western & Southern Financial Group as a Director of Meeting Planning, Travel & Events. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of meeting planners and travel coordinators, as well as planning and executing various types of events. Kathy has extensive experience in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
