Jeff Schonert

Jeff Schonert currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking Operations and Customer Experience at Western Union, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Jeff was the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Revolut from September 2021 to September 2022. Jeff's experience includes a role as Executive Manager for Risk and Compliance Regulatory Affairs and Change Management at BNY Mellon for a brief period in early 2021, and multiple positions at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2021, progressing from Summer Associate to Associate and finally to Associate Partner. Jeff began their career as a Credit Risk Analyst at Quantitative Risk Management from 2008 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Physics & Mathematics from the University of Chicago, a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, and an M.A. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.
