Marcio Rodrigues Santos

Marcio Rodrigues Santos is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Regional IT Director for Brazil and Peru at Western Union since June 2018, Marcio oversees IT infrastructure, projects, governance, and business sustainability. Previously, Marcio worked at Santander Tecnologia, where as Gerente de Tecnologia, effectively managed multiple agile teams and projects in the areas of treasury and foreign trade. Prior roles include Senior Systems Analyst at Unibanco and Senior Project Leader at Banco Real, where Marcio gained significant expertise in internet banking, security, and project management. Marcio holds an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology from FGV, a postgraduate degree in Systems Analysis from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
