Gary Netherton

Gary Netherton currently serves as QA/QC Manager at Western Window Systems, where responsibilities include leading a team to develop a digital complaint system and coordinating with engineers on assembly drawings. Previously, Netherton held various positions at Hörmann, including Engineering & Quality Manager and Quality Manager, where strategic quality initiatives were executed. As a Senior Process Engineer at Quanex Building Products Corporation, Netherton implemented a data collection system across extruder lines. Netherton's experience also includes Quality Engineering Manager at Milgard Windows and Doors, where expertise in quality process evaluation and high-speed manufacturing lines was demonstrated. Other roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer at HydraForce, Inc., and various engineering positions at MVS Dynalink, Delphi, Siemens Automotive, and ArvinMeritor. Netherton holds a BSEE in Controls and Computer Science from Kettering University and additional certifications in Six Sigma and Project Management.
