Florian Hartmann

Florian Hartmann, Executive MBA, LL.M., currently serves as Head of Controlling at Westfalen AG in the Industrial Gases & Services sector, including Respiratory Homecare and Hydrogen, since March 2022. Additionally, Hartmann has been a lecturer at IHK Nord Westfalen since August 2021, focusing on Business Administration, Communication, and Financial Reporting in accordance with IFRS and HGB. Prior experiences include serving as Executive Director at Erste Abwicklungsanstalt and holding various leadership positions in controlling at WestLB, along with roles in risk management and banking advisory at Valovis Bank AG, Hypothekenbank in Essen AG, and Dresdner Bank AG. Hartmann holds advanced degrees in Law and Business Administration from the University of Münster and has a strong educational background in accounting and finance, including qualifications from IHK zu Essen and FOM University of Applied Sciences.
