Andre Lutge

Andre Lutge is an experienced agricultural professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Westfalia Fruit since April 2015, overseeing operations on four farms and managing fertiliser applications. Previously, Andre held various roles at Westfalia Fruit, including Technical Manager and Area and Accreditations Manager, and also served as Interim Nursery Operations Manager for six months. Andre began a career in agriculture as a Technical Advisor at Westfalia Marketing (Pty) Ltd, where technical assistance and advice were provided to farmers growing avocados and other subtropical crops. Educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Horticultural Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where studies spanned from 2006 to 2011, following education at Port Shepstone High School from 2001 to 2005.
