Rebecca Weston has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Retail Banking Officer for Retail Operations at Westfield Bank since December 2016. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Chicopee Savings Bank from October 1999 to December 2016, including Retail Operations Administrator, Retail Operations Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, Head Teller/CSR, and Teller.
